Paul was born in Chester England but has spent all of his life living in the North Wales Area.

He joined the financial service industry in 1984 commencing his career with Pearl Assurance PLC, one of the UK’s oldest and most trusted financial service providers.

Paul progressed through the various management positions within this company, eventually becoming their regional training manager covering the southern regions. His primary duty was to control and manage the induction training all new entrants to the company within these regions and to manage a very large team of training and development managers.  

Following the closure of the company in 2002 he joined Royal Liver Assurance as a senior financial consultant, working from their offices in Edge Lane Liverpool. He eventually left this company to set up his own Independent Financial advisor practice in August 2004.

Paul helps and supports his many clients throughout the UK on a wide range of protection, mortgage and buildings and contents insurance. He also offers valuable help and guidance with debt management planning and he also advices his clients on all aspects of their commercial insurance needs.

Paul is authorised to offer advice on your pensions, savings and investment needs, however, please be aware this will be arranged through Personal Touch Independent Financial Management Limited.

Aside from his long career in the industry, Paul is a member of the Personal Finance Society; he holds the full financial planning certificate, together with qualification in mortgage advice and practice.

With a very wide experience of the financial service industry and indeed life itself, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge; skill and technical information that enable him to help and support all of his clients achieve financial independence.

Cathy was born in Bangor, North Wales where she has spent all of her lifetime.

Cathy initially leant the Welsh language as her 1st Language, she then studied English as her 2nd Language and following this she has learnt to speak Italian.

Cathy is a fluent Welsh speaker and still enjoys her free time visiting many of the local beauty spots in the Snowdonia National Park and the surrounding area.

She decided to enter financial services industry in 1994 working for one of North Wales’s premier general insurance brokers in Llandudno. She then left to join Pearl Assurance PLC one of the largest financial service providers in the United Kingdom. During this time Cathy gained a wealth of experience within the financial service industry.

Cathy brings to Commodore Finance a wealth of experience within the financial services industry. Her front line skills are appreciated by clients, Cathy is always approachable and understanding of individuals and corporate needs .
